Ticket911.ca is a law firm representing clients charged with traffic violations and criminal charges related to driving, who wish to keep their good driving record and low insurance premiums. We provide effective and affordable legal services to all residents and non-residents of the Province of Quebec.

Our lawyers can discuss your case over the phone, via e-mail/fax, or at our office for you initial consultation. If you hire us, you will usually not even have to appear in Court. It is possible to defeat a moving violation based on facts and solid legal arguments. Even if you cannot defeat your ticket, contesting it can lead to a lesser fine and point reduction you receive on your driver's record.

For over twenty-five years Avi Levy has been a practicing lawyer, providing specialized legal services in the sectors of criminal, penal and civil law. He began his career at one of the largest and most prominent law firms in Canada where he worked in tax and estate law focusing on regulatory issues. From there he moved on to become an advisor and general counselor for some of the biggest internet gaming and marketing companies. It was during this time where he worked with and represented various top athletes and celebrities in the United States. Throughout this period Avi focused on helping his clients achieve their marketing objectives through celebrity endorsements, product placements in film, music videos, television commercials and television series. In 2011, at the height of his career, he established Ticket911.ca specifically representing clients against driving related infractions in Quebec, Ontario and the state of New York. In addition to his daily responsibilities he’s committed to representing a multitude of medical marijuana clinics throughout Canada, helping to advise them on regulatory and legal issues as they arise.

Joining the Quebec Bar in 1993 after receiving his civil law degree at the University of Sherbrooke, Bernard Lévy-Soussan has established a long and dedicated career in the field of criminal and penal law. His extensive knowledge in this field was gained as a prosecutor for the City of Saint-Laurent and Montreal for over sixteen years, indicting a vast number of cases. He left the office of prosecution in 2010 in order to found Ticket911.ca.

Mr. Lévy-Soussan moved on to defend the most difficult cases, bringing his expertise to everything from large speeding infractions to driving under the influence criminal charges and dangerous driving charges. Consequently, he has been recognized as one of the top three DUI lawyers in the city of Montreal for the last 3 years. The dedication and skill he offers are unparalleled, leaving clients with a sense that he has handled their case with the utmost care. He has pleaded in front of all levels of court in the province of Quebec. More specifically, this refers to the Municipal Court, the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court as well as the Court of Appeal of Quebec.

Jessica Arasimowicz

Jessica Arasimowicz graduated as an Arts and Science Scholar from Concordia University and then went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. From there she went on to complete her articling at Ticket911 and became a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2015. She also completed a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne in 2017. Having initially worked at Ticket911 as a Summer student, Jessica has since been promoted to general manager of the firm, providing excellent customer service to all clients.

Anne Elise Decayette

Anne Elise Decayette holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sherbrooke and a Certificate in Criminology from the University of Montreal. In 2023, she joined the Ticket911 team as a legal assistant, where she discovered a stimulating and enriching professional environment. Passionate about criminal and penal law, this young jurist decided to further her professional journey with us in 2024 by doing her internship for the Quebec Bar School.
During her studies, she gained valuable experience by actively participating in various community-based legal projects, honing her skills in legal research, outreach, and rights advocacy. Notably, Anne Elise demonstrated her commitment to access to justice through volunteer work on several projects with the Saint-Michel Legal Clinic. In 2021, within the same clinic, she also took on the role of coordinator for a marathon aimed at raising awareness of racial profiling, further strengthening her dedication to fair and inclusive justice.
Anne Elise also contributed to public awareness initiatives with Pro Bono Students Canada, where she helped create informational segments on family law, making legal concepts more accessible to the general public.

Caroline Doré

Caroline Doré has practiced with passion and dedication in criminal and penal law since her admission to the Quebec Bar in 2011. Her career began within a renowned firm specializing in criminal law, where she perfected her art, first as trainee, then as a lawyer until 2014. Building on this experience, she continued her career as a prosecutor in several municipal courts across Quebec, thus expanding her mastery of complex regulatory and criminal issues.
In 2016, Caroline joined the ranks of the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions, in the criminal affairs office, where she managed large-scale cases, some reaching the Quebec Court of Appeal. This experience gave her an in-depth understanding of the workings of the Quebec judicial system.
Driven by a constant quest for excellence and new challenges, Caroline joined Ticket 911, bringing with her invaluable expertise and meticulous know-how, the fruit of a decade of commitment to the criminal field.

Eden Iradukunda

Me Eden Iradukunda is a dedicated young lawyer, passionate about justice and equity. A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke with a law degree in 2022, she also pursued training in common law, enabling her ability to navigate different legal systems with ease and bring a broad perspective to her practice.
She has further enriched her academic background by obtaining two certificates in victimology and criminology from the University of Montreal, specializations that reflect her commitment to support individuals in vulnerable situations and her desire to deepen her understanding of criminal and penal law issues. These studies have helped her develop a compassionate, client-centered approach, focused on listening to and supporting those affected by complex circumstances.
Me Iradukunda was also actively involved as a volunteer with the Black Law Students Association during her college studies. This invaluable experience allowed her to engage in initiatives promoting awareness and diversity within the legal field, reinforcing her commitment to equality and social justice. Through this association, she developed communication, organizational, and teamwork skills—assets that now enhance her practice.
She joined the Ticket911 office in february 2023 as an intern and has pursued her career as a lawyer with this same team ever since. In her current position, Me Iradukunda is distinguished by her ability to provide personalized, compassionate, and rigorous legal support. She firmly believes in the importance of a client-centered approach, where each client receives attentive support tailored to their specific legal needs. Her goal is to make a positive impact and defend her client’s rights with the utmost integrity.

Tristan Olivier

He has solid experience in civil, administrative, criminal, and penal law practice.
Since becoming a member of the bar in 2022, he has plead more than a hundred cases
before the Administrative Housing Tribunal, the Quebec Court, the Superior Court, and
various municipal courts.
Whether it's to contest a violation of the Highway Safety Code, draft a formal notice,
negotiate an amicable settlement, or simply assert your rights before a court of law, he
will dedicate all his energy to providing you with loyal and effective service.
He emphasizes an approach where the client's involvement is crucial. The client will be
fully prepared when it comes time to proceed before the court, regardless of how much
time it requires.
Finally, for Me Olivier, no case is too small, as what matters most to him is his
relationship with the client.

Shayne Rodrigues

A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke and member of the bar since 2019, Me
Rodrigues specializes in all kinds of traffic offenses, notably excessive speeding. Also
practicing criminal law, he stands out for his experience in court and his ability to
negotiate and plead for a satisfactory result for his clients. This senior lawyer in our firm
has an exceptional success rate at trial in all courts in the province.

Mack Singleton

During his law studies at McGill University, which he completed in 2017, Mr. Singleton volunteered for the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, an organization that provides free bilingual legal information to community members. In addition, he was a member of Innocence McGill, a student-led project dedicated to investigating claims of wrongful conviction in Quebec. There he prepared applications for ministerial review on behalf of individuals convicted of murder. Upon graduation, he was the recipient of the Prix Souvenir George S. Challies Memorial Award for distinguished academic achievement.
After successfully completing the Quebec Bar Exam in 2019, Mr. Singleton has developed an expertise in litigating complex driving infraction cases before courts throughout the province. His passion for representing the interests of his clients often takes him to the Superior Court of Quebec, where appeals in his cases have helped shape the trajectory of Quebec law regarding cellphone and speeding infractions. The interests of his clients are always at the forefront of his mind, and he readily accepts any challenge they may face.

Roxane Grendel-Theberge

Roxane joined Ticket911 in November 2022 and practices exclusively in penal and criminal law. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2014, after obtaining her law degree from the University of Montreal (LL.B.) where she also obtained a certificate in Psychology and a certificate in Sociology.
After completing her internship in a specialized criminal and penal law firm on the South Shore of Montreal, she remained there before deciding to work as a self-employed lawyer in the same field, while also becoming a disability case manager in an insurance company.
As part of her practice, she regularly appears before the Quebec Court as well as many Municipal Courts across the province. She represents clients charged with a wide variety of offenses under the Highway Safety Code and under the Criminal Code with empathy and determination.
She prides herself as being a strong negotiator, as well as being passionate, dedicated, and rigorous in the defence of her clients. She uses her expertise and experience, to implement all the tools she has accumulated over the years for the protection of your rights.

Vanessa Youssef

Vanessa Youssef is a dedicated and versatile lawyer with a background in civil, penal, and criminal law. She earned her Civil Law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2020, followed by her Juris Doctor from Université de Montréal. During her academic journey, she actively volunteered with Pro-Bono Students Canada, an organization providing free legal assistance to individuals and communities facing barriers to justice. She also contributed to the Landon Pearson Resource Centre for the Study of Children’s Rights, further cultivating her passion for advocacy.
Vanessa has a strong passion for helping people and has prior experience in civil litigation, dealing with high profile cases. She joined Ticket911 as a summer student in 2021 and has since successfully completed her Quebec Bar Exam. She now focuses on criminal and penal law, applying her legal expertise and compassionate approach to every case she handles. Vanessa is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients, ensuring they receive fair and effective representation at every stage of the legal process.

Mike Zatylny

Mr. Zatylny practices in penal and criminal law, primarily pertaining to road infractions. He has acquired vast experience in the appeal of trial decisions, having pleaded at the Superior Court on multiple occasions, and even before the Court of Appeal of Quebec.

Member of the Quebec bar since 2011, he obtained his civil law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2010. Mr. Zatylny started his law career at Ticket911 in 2011 and has since then handled a significant number of clients accused of a wide array of infractions under the Highway Safety Code and Criminal Code with passion and devotion.
