Jessica Arasimowicz graduated as an Arts and Science Scholar from Concordia University and then went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. From there she went on to complete her articling at Ticket911 and became a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2015. She also completed a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne in 2017. Having initially worked at Ticket911 as a Summer student, Jessica has since been promoted to general manager of the firm, providing excellent customer service to all clients.
Cristinel Ionut Daicu has practiced criminal and penal law since 1999 in two different legal systems (Europe and North America), especially in the areas of economic crime and statutory law.
He also has extensive experience in immigration law, having pleaded on numerous occasions before the IRB’s ID.
Beginning his legal career in Quebec in 2008, Me Daicu has passionately pleaded numerous cases of clients accused of a wide variety of Criminal Code and Highway Safety Code offences.
A member of the Quebec Bar, he obtained his license in 2008 from the University of Montreal.
He also obtained a Certificate in Business Law from the University of Montreal in 2008. In 2021 he participated in the qualification process and passed the professional skills exam for the DPCP and his name is registered in the bank of people qualified for the position of criminal and penal prosecutor.
As a paraprofessional activity, Me Daicu produced an interactive radio show entitled "Mea culpa" aimed at popularizing the law, which was very successful at the time. Me Daicu also did jurisprudential research on the problem of major psychological depression ("burn out") at work - decisions (judgments) favorable to the C.L.P. and C.S.S.T.

Anne Elise Decayette holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sherbrooke and a Certificate in Criminology from the University of Montreal. In 2023, she joined the Ticket911 team as a legal assistant, where she discovered a stimulating and enriching professional environment. Passionate about criminal and penal law, this young jurist decided to further her professional journey with us in 2024 by doing her internship for the Quebec Bar School.
During her studies, she gained valuable experience by actively participating in various community-based legal projects, honing her skills in legal research, outreach, and rights advocacy. Notably, Anne Elise demonstrated her commitment to access to justice through volunteer work on several projects with the Saint-Michel Legal Clinic. In 2021, within the same clinic, she also took on the role of coordinator for a marathon aimed at raising awareness of racial profiling, further strengthening her dedication to fair and inclusive justice.
Anne Elise also contributed to public awareness initiatives with Pro Bono Students Canada, where she helped create informational segments on family law, making legal concepts more accessible to the general public.
Caroline Doré has practiced with passion and dedication in criminal and penal law since her admission to the Quebec Bar in 2011. Her career began within a renowned firm specializing in criminal law, where she perfected her art, first as trainee, then as a lawyer until 2014. Me Eden Iradukunda is a dedicated young lawyer, passionate about justice and equity. A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke with a law degree in 2022, she also pursued training in common law, enabling her ability to navigate different legal systems with ease and bring a broad perspective to her practice.
She has further enriched her academic background by obtaining two certificates in victimology and criminology from the University of Montreal, specializations that reflect her commitment to support individuals in vulnerable situations and her desire to deepen her understanding of criminal and penal law issues. These studies have helped her develop a compassionate, client-centered approach, focused on listening to and supporting those affected by complex circumstances.
Me Iradukunda was also actively involved as a volunteer with the Black Law Students Association during her college studies. Roxane joined Ticket911 in November 2022 and practices exclusively in penal and criminal law. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2014, after obtaining her law degree from the University of Montreal (LL.B.) where she also obtained a certificate in Psychology and a certificate in Sociology.
After completing her internship in a specialized criminal and penal law firm on the South Shore of Montreal, she remained there before deciding to work as a self-employed lawyer in the same field, while also becoming a disability case manager in an insurance company.
